Android 5.0 Lollipop is a version of Android that was first announced at Google I/O 2014 under the codename "Android L", alongside reveals of Android Wear, Android TV, Android Auto, and Google Fit.[1] After Google I/O, it was made available as a developer preview for the Google Nexus 5 and the Nexus 7.[2] Android 5.0 Lollipop was released on 20 Feb 2014. Android 5.0 last update was on 19 Feb 2015 as Android 5.1.1.

For most Android devices, especially tablet computers, the navigation buttons has changed from a left arrow, a house, and two squares connected, to a left-pointing triangle, a circle, and a square.
