The Google Nexus 5 was Google's flagship smartphone for late 2013 until 2014, and it is the third newest Google Nexus device. It was released on October 31, 2013 with no announcement. The phone is manufactured by LG, and was originally sold unlocked on the Google Play Store with two color schemes (black & black/white) and two storage options (16GB & 32GB). The 16GB versions cost $350 USD and the 32GB versions cost $400 USD.[1] In February 2014, seemingly for Valentine's Day, the phone was also released in a bright red color option.
